Steakhouse Hamburgers I

  1. Make a bowl out of the ground sirloin.
  2. Fill cavity with the egg yolk, steak sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix evenly.
  4. Patty hamburgers into approximately 2 inch thick patties.
  5. Let rest in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat cast iron skillet on medium heat.
  7. Melt butter in the skillet.
  8. Place patties on skillet with even spacing.
  9. Cook on one side for 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another two minutes.
  10. Repeat.
  11. Top with a slice of cheese, if you like, on the fourth 2 minute interval.
  12. Remove from skillet and let rest for a couple minutes.
  13. Enjoy with toppings and bread of your choosing.
