My Chinese Chicken stir fry with a mix veg.
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger shredded
- 4 clove Garlic Crushed
- 4 Chicken Breasts cut cubed 1 inch
- 1/2 Onion chopped length wise
- 2 Carrots cut into strips
- 10 long beans left length wise
- 1/2 tsp Course salt
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 3 sweet coloured sweet peppers chopped length wise
- 1 large Spring onion chopped length wise
- 1 bunch Bok Choy cut length wise
- 1 SAUCE
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Corn Starch or Corn Flour
- Have all your veg prepared, and Chicken .
- Grate the ginger and crush the Garlic.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix, but leave out the corn starch at this stage.and set aside
- In a deep wok, or large deep frypan.heat up the oil until hot,and add the Ginger then garlic fry for about 6 secounds.
- Then add the chicken and fry and keep turning and mixing, until the chicken turns white all over about 5--6 minutes.
- Add the onion ,carrots, salt, pepper and green beans and fry for about 5 minutes stirring all the time.
- Add the spring onion and sweet peppers, fry for 1 minute
- Add the Sauce bring to boil, stirring all the time, then lower hear and simmer for 5 minutes.
- add the cornstarch to a liitle water and add to the mixture it should go thicker.
- Add the bok choy stir and Serve, with fried Rice, boiled rice or Noodles.
