Tomato Oyster Bites

  1. Rinse tomatoes and remove stems.
  2. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Slice each tomato vertically to 1/4 inch of its base.
  4. Spread tomato slightly apart; slip in oyster.
  5. Season each with 1-2 drops hot sauce.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
