Chile Dip

  1. In a 1 quart microwave proof bowl combine cheese and salsa.
  2. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on high heat (stirring halfway through) or until cheese is melted and hot.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips and red bell pepper spears.
