Becky's Bleu Red Ribbon Salad Recipe

• 1 bag fresh spinach - (to 2) washed
• 1 c. toasted favorite nuts (walnuts are best)
• 1 c. Dressing (see below)
• 1/2 c. crumbled bleu cheese - (to 1)
• 2 x apples - (to 4) sliced ribbons
• 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard

1. Toss salad ingredients together.
2. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
3. Serve immediately.
