Roast Turkey Ciabatta with Tuscan White Bean Spread
- 3 each zucchini, each cut lengthwise into 8 slices, then cut crosswise in half
- 24 rings red onions, sliced, separated into rings
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
- 4-1/2 cups Tuscan White Bean Spread with GREY POUPON (recipe follows)
- 2 doz. ciabatta sandwich rolls (4 inch), split, toasted
- roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
- yellow peppers, roasted, cut into strips
- 48 each fresh basil leaves
- 48 halves sun-dried tomatoes, cut in half
- Brush zucchini and onions with dressing.
- Grill 2 to 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
- For each serving: Spread 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- Tuscan White Bean Spread onto each cut side of roll; fill with 2 zucchini pieces, 1/2 oz.
- onion rings, 2 oz.
- turkey, 1 oz.
- peppers, and 2 each basil leaves and tomato halves.
