Hot Stuffed Picnic Rolls

  1. Lightly brown ground meat or turkey (or half and half) in frypan; remove meat.
  2. Saute onion, celery and green pepper in pan drippings.
  3. When they are soft and transparent, add beef and rest of ingredients up to mustard.
  4. Cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes. Spread 1 side of bun with oleo and other side with mustard; fill bun with meat mixture.
  5. Wrap each in foil and seal well.
  6. Heat in 350u0b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or longer on a cookie sheet.
