Blueberry Protein Muffins or Cookies

  1. Combine all ingredients until blended well.
  2. Mix in blueberries and drop by the spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet (or into muffin holders).
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for thirteen minutes.
  4. Makes 12 muffins or 12 cookies.
