Mum Teale's Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to moderate (180 degrees).
  2. In a casserole dish, with a lid, combine all ingredients except for the meat and vegies.
  3. Stir together, add meat and vegies.
  4. Bake for 2 hours, until meat is cooked and tender.
  5. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with mashed potato and peas.
