Chicken Cheese Lasagne Recipe

  1. Cook noodles, drain, and rinse.
  2. Mushroom Sauce: Cook 1/2 c. onion and 1/2 c. green pepper in butter.
  3. Stir 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/3 c. lowfat milk, 1 (6 oz) can sliced mushrooms, 1/4 c. minced pimento, and 1 tsp.
  4. basil.
  5. Layer 1/2 noodles in 9 x 13 inch pan.
  6. Cover with 1/2 sauce, cottage cheese, and chicken; repeat and top with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake, uncovered, 45 min at 350 degrees.
