Bryse's Favorite Stewed Pork Chops
- 6 pork chops
- 2 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons garlic or 1 head garlic, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Place butter and garlic in large skillet and let butter melt.
- Place pork chops in mixture to seer.
- Turn till both sides are browned.
- Pour large can stewed tomatoes into skillet.
- Cut onion on side making large circles place in pan.
- Cover with lid and cook on medium heat till pork chops are tender with fork touch.
- Cut bell peppers up on side and place into pot.
- Let simmer till peppers are easy to cut with fork.
- Mix 1/2 cup of water with corn starch.
