Barbecued Boneless Lamb Recipe

  1. Boil first 12 ingredients together till well mixed.
  2. Pour over lamb in large pan.
  3. Cover and chill for 2-3 days, turning occasionally.
  4. Drain lamb; reserve sauce.
  5. Cook lamb on barbecue grill for 2 hrs, turning and basting frequently with reserved sauce till done.
  6. Yield 14 servings.
