Spring Rolls

  1. Place the first 6 ingredients in a jar and shake.
  2. Cook rice sticks.
  3. Combine with next 8 ingredients.
  4. Cut each shrimp in half.
  5. Soften rice sheets, one at a time.
  6. Place 1/2 cup filling and 4 slices shrimp and wrap.
  7. Serve with sauce.
