Swiss Steak

  1. Rinse pieces of steak and let drain.
  2. Chop green pepper into small pieces.
  3. Cut onions into 1/4's.
  4. Cut celery in 1/4's long way and dice into small pieces.
  5. Cut carrots into 1/4's long way and dice into small pieces.
  6. Put all vegetables together after dicing; rinse well and let drain.
  7. Put oil into frying pan. Brown steak on each side.
  8. Salt and pepper well.
  9. Set oven to 375u0b0.
  10. Read remaining directions before going further.
