Simmered Daikon Radish and Aburaage

  1. Peel the daikon radish and cut into chunks.
  2. Cut the aburaage into quarters.
  3. Put the daikon radish and aburaage into a pan, and add the simmering sauce.
  4. Simmer until the liquid has cooked down to half its original volume.
