Monster Cookies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 4 12 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup candy-coated chocolate piece
- 1 cup toffee pieces
- 12 cup raisins
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, combine the sugars, peanut butter and butter, beat until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add oats and baking soda, mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips, candy pieces, toffee pieces and raisins.
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11 -14 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool 2 minutes, remove from cookie sheets.
