Cooper's Famous BBQ Chicken

• 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1 broiler-fryer chicken (3 lb./1.5 kg), cut up Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup Kraft Hickory BarBQ Sauce
• 1 chipotle pepper, chopped

1. Pour dressing over chicken in resealable plastic bag.
2. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat chicken.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
4. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
5. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
6. Mix barbecue sauce and chopped pepper; set aside.
7. Grill chicken 40 min.
8. or until cooked through (180F), turning occasionally and brushing with the barbecue sauce mixture for the last 15 min.
