Sig's Berries over Goat's Cheese Crostini

  1. Add the berries into a bowl and drizzle with vinegar and oil then the pepper, mix well.
  2. Set aside for about 15 minutes
  3. Toast the diagonally sliced bread and top with goat's cheese slices
  4. Sprinkle with the basil
  5. Add the berries
  6. Serve on a bed of the rocket salad
  7. Drizzle with the dressing left over from fruit
