Garbanzo Bean and Tuna Salad

  1. Brush tuna with oil; season with pepper to taste.
  2. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily with fork.
  3. Place in refrigerator to cool.
  4. Break tuna into chunks.
  5. Place in large bowl.
  6. Add beans, tomatoes, asparagus and carrots; mix lightly.
  7. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  8. Cover.
  9. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.
