Blackberry Jello Recipe
- 2 can Pear halves
- 1 x 6-ounce pkg Blackberry gelatin pwdr
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 med Frzn Blackberries (or possibly 2 to 3 c. fresh) Whipped cream (optional)
- Use pear juice and water to make 1-1/2 c. liquid.
- Heat in sauce pan and dissolve gelatin.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Cold to room temperature.
- Place pears in bottom of pyrex dish or possibly gelatin mold.
- Blend Blackberries into gelatin mix.
- (If Blackberries are frzn, this will set up very fast.)
- Pour mix over pears, place in refrigerator.
- Use whipped cream when serving, if you like.
