Cheesy Veggie-Potato Casserole
- 2 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with remaining ingredients; cover.
- Bake 40 min.
- Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min.
