Savory Beef Short Ribs

  1. If doing in your crock pot, put sliced onions in the bottom, then place the short ribs on top of onions.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together V8 and steak sauce and pour over top of short ribs, cover and simmer on low for 6 hours.
  4. If using the oven, preheat to 325 degrees.
  5. Using a covered casserole, place ingredients in the same order as for the crock pot, cover and bake for 2 hours.
  6. Serve with mashed taters and your favorite veggie and enjoy!
