Savory Beef Short Ribs
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Cut In Half Then Sliced
- 6 pieces Lean Beef Short Ribs, Bone In
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1- 1/2 cup V8 Vegetable Juice
- 1/4 cups Steak Sauce
- If doing in your crock pot, put sliced onions in the bottom, then place the short ribs on top of onions.
- Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
- Mix together V8 and steak sauce and pour over top of short ribs, cover and simmer on low for 6 hours.
- If using the oven, preheat to 325 degrees.
- Using a covered casserole, place ingredients in the same order as for the crock pot, cover and bake for 2 hours.
- Serve with mashed taters and your favorite veggie and enjoy!
