Cranberry Liqueur

  1. Boil the cranberries, sugar and 1/2 cup water until the cranberries are soft and start to pop, 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Puree in a food processor and pour into a jar.
  3. Add the vodka and cinnamon sticks and refrigerate for at least 3 days and up to several weeks.
  4. Strain through a fine sieve before serving.
