Double Cherry Tarts
- 28 Christie Coffee Break Cinnamon Raisin Cookies
- 1 pkg. (250g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 container (175g) cherry yogurt
- 1 env. Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
- 1 can (19oz/540mL) cherry pie filling
- PLACE one wafer, flat side down, in bottom of each 14 paper-lined muffin tins.
- BEAT cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Blend in yogurt.
- PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package.
- Fold in creamed mixture.
- Spoon half of filling evenly over wafers.
- Top each with one wafer.
- Spoon remaining filling evenly on top.
- CHILL until set, about 3 hours.
- SPOON about 2 Tbsp (30mL) cherry pie filling over each dessert.
- Chill until serving time.
