Double Cherry Tarts

  1. PLACE one wafer, flat side down, in bottom of each 14 paper-lined muffin tins.
  2. BEAT cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Blend in yogurt.
  4. PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package.
  5. Fold in creamed mixture.
  6. Spoon half of filling evenly over wafers.
  7. Top each with one wafer.
  8. Spoon remaining filling evenly on top.
  9. CHILL until set, about 3 hours.
  10. SPOON about 2 Tbsp (30mL) cherry pie filling over each dessert.
  11. Chill until serving time.
