Ham and Pasta Creole

  1. Prepare pasta per package directions.
  2. In large sauce pan, heat oil and cook celery, and onion, stirring often, for about five minutes.
  3. Add ham and continue cooking until ham is nicely browned.
  4. Add tomatoes, corn, olives, okra and seasoning.
  5. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or so.
  6. When vegies are tender and hot, serve over pasta.
