Long Bean Omelette
- 1 1/2 cup dice longbean
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 small red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaf
- with butter or oil saute longbean for 5 minute then add seasoning
- ADD THE BEATEN EGGS AND ADDED LIGHT SOY SAUCE ONTO THE SAUTED LONG BEAN
- In low heat cook for another 3 to 5 minute and cover with lid till egg white are set ,optional fold over or serve open faced omelette
