Low Sugar: Bean Sprouts, Cucumber, Ham, with Sesame
- 2 packets Bean sprouts
- 1 to 2 Cucumber
- 4 slice Ham (low sugar variety)
- 2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Artificial sweetener
- 1 (or if using sugar)
- 1 pinch Bonito flakes
- 1 Salt
- Lightly boil the bean sprouts, then squeeze out the excess water.
- Julienne the cucumbers.
- Toss the remaining ingredients.
