Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Marinade Recipe
- 1/4 c. coarse mustard
- 2 teaspoon curry
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pork tenderloin, approximately 1 3/4 lb. trimmed of fat
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Coat the tenderloin with mix.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs (internal temperature 170 degrees).
- Let stand 10 min before serving.
- Serves 8.
- 122 calories.
