Taco Pasta Salad
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup taco sauce, mild
- 1 cup chili bean, and sauce
- 12 cup small onion, chopped
- 1 cup fresh diced tomato
- 34 cup sliced black olives
- 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons jalapenos (optional)
- 2 cups pasta, before boiling (I use Radiatore)
- 1 cup kraft green goddess salad dressing
- 12 cup sour cream
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Brown and crumble ground beef until done.
- Add taco sauce.
- I usually use about 1/2 cup.
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
- Mix and refrigerate.
- You may need to add extra dressing after refrigeration.
