Hamburger Mushroom Pie Recipe

• 2 deep dish pie crusts
• 1 1/2 pound hamburger
• 1 box Rice A Roni beef flavor
• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 1 sm. jar mushrooms
• 3 tbsp. butter
• Bacon strips

1. Brown Rice A Roni in 3 Tbsp.
2. of butter, then add in hamburger and brown together.
3. Add in beef flavor packet and water, simmer about 20 min.
4. Set aside to cold 5 min.
5. Beat Large eggs, add in to still hot mix and quickly mix or possibly Large eggs will scramble.
6. Add in liquid removed mushrooms.
7. Mix and pour in 2 pie shells.
8. Top with bacon strips and cook about 30 min at 400 degrees.
