PHILADELPHIA Blueberry No-Bake Cheesecake

  1. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  2. Mix graham crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp.
  3. sugar; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  5. Beat Neufchatel and 3/4 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  6. Add blueberries; mix well.
  7. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP and lemon zest.
  8. Spoon over crust.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  10. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
