Toasted Granola Bites

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place oats, coconut and almonds on 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake, stirring often, 15-20 minutes or until mixture is golden brown.
  4. Place mixture into bowl; stir in dried apples.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Combine corn syrup and Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 2-quart saucepan.
  7. Cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
  8. Cook 1 minute; stir in marshmallows.
  9. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, just until marshmallows are melted.
  10. Pour mixture over toasted oats mixture in bowl; stir until combined.
  11. Cool 5 minutes.
  12. Coat hands with Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread; shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
  13. Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
