Tofu-Miso Sauce
- 1/2 block Firm tofu
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- It's not necessary to drain the tofu.
- Spread it on crackers, or serve as a dip with warm veggies or vegetable sticks.
- If you mix in some boiled and mashed potato, it becomes a tofu, mayonnaise and potato salad!
- Add 50ml water and 2 teaspoons of vinegar to weaken the taste, and you have salad dressing.
- This time, I enjoyed this sauce with Vegetarian "Meat" Misoand rice wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
