Tofu-Miso Sauce

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. It's not necessary to drain the tofu.
  3. Spread it on crackers, or serve as a dip with warm veggies or vegetable sticks.
  4. If you mix in some boiled and mashed potato, it becomes a tofu, mayonnaise and potato salad!
  5. Add 50ml water and 2 teaspoons of vinegar to weaken the taste, and you have salad dressing.
  6. This time, I enjoyed this sauce with Vegetarian "Meat" Misoand rice wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
