Round Steak With Dressing Recipe
- 2 pound top round steak, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 8 ounce. pkg. herb dressing (mix as directed per pkg.)
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion
- Lb.
- steak, then cut in 3-inch strip.
- Put dressing in steak and fasten with wooden skewers.
- Brown in butter, then place in baking pan with cover.
- Add in soup and onion soup mix with 1 1/2 cans water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
- Add in no salt or possibly pepper.
