Artichoke Pie

  1. Cut artichoke hearts in small pieces.
  2. Dice mozzarella and salami.
  3. Mix artichoke, both cheeses and salami into beaten eggs.
  4. Pour all into the crust.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
