Whole Wheat Banana Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly grease a 9 inch round cake pan
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt
  3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mash the 3 bananas
  4. Add the cane sugar to the banana mixture along with the rest of the wet ingredients
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined
  6. Place the batter into the cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. It is ready when poked with a toothpick and it comes out clean
