Smores Cheesecake
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 13 cup margarine melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 ounces cream cheese soft
- 5 each milk chocolate bars 1.45 ounces each, melted
- 1 each milk chocolate bars 1.45 ounces, chopped
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping, prepared thawed
- Stir together crumbs, margarine and sugar in small bowl; press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9-inch springform pan.
- Chill.
- Stir together cream cheese and melted chocolate in small bowl until well blended; pour into crust.
- Sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
- Fold marshmallows into whipped topping; spread over cheesecake.
- Chill.
