Collard greens
- 3 slice bacon chopped
- 1 tsp butter unsalted
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 bag of frozen collard greens
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- In a medium pan saute bacon until cooked on medium heat.
- Add butter, onion and garlic.
- Saute until onions are caramelized.
- Add crushed red pepper and collard greens.
- Cook until collard greens are warm all the way through.
- Serve
