Cajun Chicken Club Sandwich

  1. Rub both sides of chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high; cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (180F).
  3. For each serving: Spread one side of each toast slice with 1-1/2 tsp of the sauce.
  4. Cover 1 of the toast slices with 1 chicken breast, 2 bacon slices, 1 lettuce leaf and 3 tomato slices; cover with second toast slice.
  5. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
  6. Secure each half with 4-inch frilled toothpick.
