Meal In A Muffin Pan Recipe

• 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can corn beef hash
• 1/2 pkg. corn muffin mix
• 6 Large eggs
• Salt and pepper

1. Preheat 400 degrees.
2. Grease muffin c.. Press hash into muffin c.. Making hole in middle of hash; break an egg in each c..
3. Fill remaining c. with muffin mix.
4. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly golden.
