14 Carrot Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 c. soft silken tofu
- 1/2 c. carrot juice chilled
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. frzn yogurt, vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. frzn orange juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger root
- 1 pch salt
- 3 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds optional
- Combine the tofu, carrot juice and grated carrots in a blender.
- Add in the frzn yogurt, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, ginger and salt.
- Blend till smooth.
- Add in the pumpkin seeds, if desired, and blend to the desired consistency.
- Yield: 2 1/2 c.
