Homemade Sweet Muffins
- 100 grams cake flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 25 grams butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 whole eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 25 millilitres milk
- 1/4 cups applesauce
- 1/4 cup candied orange peel
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons water hot
- 1 tablespoons candy color candy sprinkles
- Sift together the flour and baking powder.
- Next cream butter and sugar with an electric hand mixture until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla and milk.
- Mix well with a spoon.
- Stir the flour mixture into cream mixture.
- Mix with a wooden spoon.
- Add orange peel and apple sauce.
- Mix to combine but dont over mix.
- Now line a muffin tin with paper cups.
- Pour batter into cups.
- Fill only 1/2 to 23 full.
- Bake at 180 cup degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Muffins are ready when the top springs back when you touch it with your finger.
- Remove from oven to let cool.
- After that whisk icing sugar and two tablespoon hot water together until it is glaze consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the top of the cooled muffins.
- Now sprinkle candy over the glaze.
- Serve and enjoy.
