Tortellini Salad Recipe

• any kind of tortellini
• 1/2 cucumber
• 2-3 green onions
• about 8-10 slices of ham
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
• salt and pepper
• chopped fresh garlic, to taste

1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions.
2. Slice peeled cucumbers into bite size pcs.
3. Mix together all remaining ingredients and season to taste.
4. Enjoy.
