Garden Swiss Steak

  1. Cut meat into 2 serving size pieces.
  2. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; pound thoroughly into meat, using meat mallet.
  3. In 8 inch skillet brown meat and onion in hot oil.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add water and beef bouillon granules.
  6. Return to heat and simmer, covered, for 35 minutes.
  7. Add carrots, cover and simmer for 12 minutes.
  8. Add zucchini and dillweed; sprinkly with additional salt and pepper.
  9. Continue cooking about 5 minutes longer or until meat and vegetables are tender.
  10. Add tomato wedges to meat mixture and heat
