Kay's 3/4 Pound Cake

  1. Cream together well the butter and sugar.
  2. Add 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla and whiskey.
  3. Add eggs one at a time while beating batter.
  4. Fold in the sifted cake flour.
  5. Pour into tube or large Bundt pan.
  6. Cook in a preheated 350 degree (175 C.) oven for about 90 minutes.
