Chicken Pie Dumplings
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 12 cup buckwheat flour
- 34 cup chickpea flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- cook quinoa in pan or rice cooker, 1 cup quinoa/2 cups water-about 20 minutes.
- mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
- fry in 1/2 inch oil over medium high heat or bake on an oiled pan in the oven at 350 until brown on both sides.
