Fruit nuts and a vegetable salad
- 1 large ya pear
- 1 large pomelo
- 2 medium navel oranges
- 3 large kiwis
- 2 large vine ripened tomatoes
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup sour dark red cherries
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- 1 1/3 oz black raisins
- 1 tbsp zest of orange
- 1/2 cup pomelo juice
- 1/3 cup juice of navel orange
- 1/4 cup pistachios crushed
- 1/4 cup crushed cashews
- 2 cup shredded lettuce, iceburg
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- Wash the fruit and lettuce
- Slice the ya pear, tomatoes, one orange, and pomelo into wedges.
- Take the pomelo and use only half.
- remove the inner skins getting the pulp.
- Put the pulp into salad of half and juice the other half.
- Juice and zest the other orange.
- Peel and slice kiwis
- Crush the nuts.
- I put between 2 paper plates amd used my cooking hammer to crush them.
- Add all the ingredients except bee pollen toss well.
- Sprinkle the bee pollen on top.
- Chill 30-40 minutes serve hope you enjoy
