Spicy Baked Pita Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut each pita into 8 wedges; separate each wedge into 2 pieces.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer on 2 baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  4. Lightly coat wedges with cooking spray.
  5. Combine salt and remaining ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle wedges evenly with spice mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
