Cowboy Stew
- 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz.) cream style corn
- 1 can (14 oz.) hot chili with beans
- 1 can (14 oz.) pork 'n' beans
- 1 can (14 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (4-1/2 oz.) diced green chilies
- Shredded mild cheddar cheese
- Brown ground beef and onion until done.
- Drain.
- Combine rest of ingredients, except cheese.
- Simmer in pot around 30 minutes.
- Serve, garnish with cheese.
