Snap Beans With Sour Cream Dressing
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion, minced
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Cover and cook beans in a small amount of boiling water until just tender.
- Drain if necessary.
- Combine sour cream, onion, and garlic salt.
- Stir in bacon.
- Serve dressing over the beans.
